Design Process
Project Name
The name of the project is a combinaison of the words « sneakers » and « identification » (ID). I started the process by making a list of all the words associated with the project’s concept. That’s how I came up with the name SneakID, which to me reflects the aim of my project: to enable precise identification of sneakers.
Font Logo
I chose a clear, precise and imposing font for the SneakID logo. It gives a distinctive look and ensures optimal legibility. This bold font reflects the striking nature of the application and attracts the attention of sneaker enthusiasts, while evoking confidence and professionalism.
Colors
I chose the colors purple and dark blue for SneakID to convey specific feelings through the app’s visual identity. Purple symbolizes creativity, royalty and originality, reflecting SneakID’s innovation and uniqueness. Dark blue evokes trust, stability and reliability, reinforcing the application’s professionalism and credibility. The combination of violet and dark blue makes SneakID a modern and reliable solution for sneakers identification.
Icons
SneakID’s icons are designed to be meaningful and striking. The logo features a scanner icon, symbolizing the application’s key functionality. In addition, a specially designed sneaker icon adds a distinctive touch. These icons embody the essence of SneakID and offer an intuitive user experience.
